Dashboard Overview
When you log in, you'll land on the Dashboard. Here’s what you’ll see and be able to do:

1. Main Panel Menu (Top Navigation)
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find these key sections:

Home: Takes you to our homepage where you can explore our products, services, and the benefits of being part of the Sive.Host community.

Hosting: Access business email plans, hosting packages, website creation tools, and domain registration or transfer options.

Compute: Get services like Kubernetes, LXC containers, virtual private servers, GPU-powered servers, bare metal servers, and private cloud solutions.

Database: Provision NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis), streaming (KafkaIoT), or relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Storage: Explore object (S3), block, and disaster recovery storage. We also offer enterprise email, Google Workspace, and Nextcloud Hub.

Services: Manage hosting plans, servers, domain names, renewals, add-ons, and partnership opportunities.

Support: Submit or respond to tickets, and browse our knowledge base with articles and video tutorials.

Billing: View, pay, and download your invoices.

Logout: Securely sign out once you're done.
2. Top-Right Menu
In the top-right corner, you’ll find:

Notifications: Important announcements and updates for clients.

Account: Manage your profile, update contact details, change your password, enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and adjust email preferences.

Language Selector: Default is English, but you can switch to other supported languages.

WhatsApp: A direct link to our WhatsApp support line for quick assistance.
3. Left Sidebar Menu
The left panel includes:

Available Credit: View any credit balance on your account.

Quick Links: Shortcuts to update personal info, place a new order, register a new domain, or log out.
4. Center Panel Menu
In the center of your dashboard, you’ll see direct access buttons for:

Services: Manage your hosting plans and servers.

Website Addresses: Handle domain management, renewals, and DNS settings.

Tickets: Submit, review, and reply to support requests.

Invoices: View, pay, and download receipts for your transactions.
