How to Customize Your Store Branding

Overview

The Configuration page allows you to personalize your reseller storefront by updating your company information, branding, colours, contact details, social media links, invoice settings, and logos. Once your changes have been saved, they will be reflected throughout your customer-facing store.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that:

  • You have an active Partners Hub reseller account.
  • You are logged in to the Partners Hub portal.

Step 1: Navigate to the Configuration Page

  1. Log in to your Partners Hub account.
  2. From the main navigation menu, click Configuration.
  3. Select the General tab.

You can now begin customizing your storefront.

Step 2: Configure Your Store Information

Complete the following fields under the General section.

Store Details

  • Domain – Enter the domain name that customers will use to access your storefront (for example, yourdomain.co.za). Do not include prefixes such as http://, https://, or www.
  • Company Name – Enter the business name that will be displayed throughout your storefront.
  • Company Number – Enter your company registration number (optional).

Store Templates

  • Store Template – Select the storefront template you would like to use. The selected template determines the overall design and layout of your online store.
  • Order Template – Select the template used during the customer ordering process.
  • Date Format – Select your preferred date format.

Tip: Browse the available store templates and choose one that best represents your brand before saving your configuration.

Business Information

Complete the following business details:

  • Physical Address – Enter your company's physical business address.
  • VAT Number – Enter your VAT registration number, if applicable.
  • VAT % Value – Specify the VAT percentage to be applied to applicable products and services.
  • VAT Country – Select the country in which VAT will apply.
  • Email Address – Enter the email address used for customer notifications, invoices, and order confirmations.

Store Settings

Configure the following settings:

  • Default Currency – Select the primary currency used throughout your storefront.
  • Store Currencies – Select the currencies customers can use when purchasing products.
  • Timezone – Select your business time zone.
  • Weekday Start – Specify your business opening time during weekdays.
  • Weekday End – Specify your business closing time during weekdays.

Step 3: Configure Additional Branding and Contact Information

Continue configuring the remaining settings.

Store Settings

  • Products – Specify the number of products or hosting plans displayed per page.
  • Weekend Start
  • Weekend End

Brand Colours

Customize your storefront colours by configuring:

  • Primary Colour – Select the main colour used for buttons and highlighted elements.
  • Primary Dark – Select the darker variation of the primary colour.
  • Primary RGB – Specify the RGB values for the primary colour.
  • Secondary Colour – Select the secondary colour used throughout the storefront.
  • Secondary Dark – Select the darker variation of the secondary colour.
  • Secondary RGB – Specify the RGB values for the secondary colour.

These colours are applied throughout your storefront and help maintain a consistent brand identity.

Featured TLDs

Enter the top-level domains (TLDs) you would like to feature on your homepage.

Example:

 
.co.za, .com, .org
 

Favicon

Upload your website favicon. This small icon appears in your visitors' browser tabs and bookmarks.

Social Media

Add your business contact details and social media links.

Supported platforms include:

  • WhatsApp
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • X (Twitter)
  • TikTok
  • YouTube

Note: Where applicable, enter the full URL to your social media profile.

Step 4: Configure Company and Invoice Settings

Configure your company profile and invoice preferences.

Company Information

Enter a description of your business that will be displayed on your storefront. This information helps introduce your company to potential customers.

Invoice Numbering

Configure the following settings:

  • Sequential Invoice Number Format – Define the numbering format using placeholders such as {YEAR}, {MONTH}, {DAY}, and {NUMBER}.
  • Next Sequential Number – Specify the next invoice number that will be generated.

Automatic Invoice Payments

  • Auto Sive.Host Invoice Payment – Enable this option if you would like invoices to be paid automatically using your available Sive.Host account credit.

Optional Integrations

You may also configure:

  • Maps iframe – Paste your Google Maps embedded iframe code to display your business location.
  • JavaScript – Add custom JavaScript for services such as analytics, tracking, or live chat.
  • Invoice Pay To Text – Enter payment instructions that will appear on customer invoices.

Step 5: Configure Invoice Branding

Customize how your invoices appear to customers.

Configure the following settings:

  • Invoice Footer Message – Enter the message displayed at the bottom of customer invoices.
  • Signature – Add the signature that will appear on invoices and ticket responses.
  • Logo Header % – Specify the size of the logo displayed in the invoice header.
  • Invoice Logo – Enable or disable the use of a separate logo for invoices.

Step 6: Upload Your Logos

Upload the branding images used throughout your storefront.

Store Logo File

Upload the logo that will appear across your storefront.

Invoice Logo File

Upload the logo that will appear on customer invoices.

Note: Images should be uploaded in .JPG or .PNG format and should meet the recommended size requirements for the best display quality.

If necessary, you can remove the existing logo before uploading a new one.

Once you have completed all your changes, click Save Configuration.

Viewing Your Storefront

After saving your configuration:

  1. Open a new browser tab.
  2. In the browser's address bar, enter the Domain you configured at the top of the General page (for example, yourdomain.co.za).
  3. Press Enter to open your storefront.

Your website will load using the Store Template you selected during configuration.

Once the page has loaded, you should see:

  • Your selected Store Template applied to the website.
  • Your uploaded Store Logo displayed throughout the storefront.
  • Your Favicon displayed in the browser tab.
  • Your selected Primary and Secondary brand colours.
  • Your company information and branding.
  • Your configured contact details and social media links (if provided).

If you would like to make additional changes, return to Configuration > General, update the required settings, click Save Configuration, and then refresh your website to view the latest changes.
