How to Change an Email Quota
Purpose:
This guide explains how to increase or decrease the storage quota for an existing email account.
Prerequisites
- Access to the DirectAdmin control panel.
- An existing email account.
Steps
- Log in to your Directadmin account.
2. From the E-Mail Manager section, click E-Mail Accounts.
3.Locate the email account whose quota you want to change.
4. Click On the three dots(...) on your far right next to your email account, then click on change limits to change your quota (MB).
5. On the Quota field, enter the new mailbox size.
- Enter the value in MB.
- You may choose Unlimited/Max if your hosting allows it.
Click save to Modify/Apply changes.
6. Your has been updated.
