How to Add Products and Set Product Prices in PartnersHub

This article explains how to add a new product in PartnersHub and configure the pricing for the product. This is useful when setting up hosting, domain, VPS, VDS, S3 storage, or other services that you offer to clients.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

• Access to the PartnersHub admin portal.
• The product details you want to add.
• The correct pricing information.
• The billing cycle you want to use, such as monthly or annually.

Step 1: Log in to PartnersHub

1. Log in to your PartnersHub account.
2. Navigate to the Products/Services section from the dashboard.

Step 2: Add a New Product

1. Click Add Product or Create Product.
2. Select the appropriate Product Type.
3. Enter the product name.
4. Add a short description explaining what the product offers.
5. Select the appropriate category.
6. Configure any additional product settings required.
7. Save the product.

Step 3: Set the Product Price

1. Open the product you have just created.
2. Navigate to the Pricing section.
3. Select the billing cycle.
4. Enter the price you want to charge for the product.
5. Check that the currency is correct.
6. If applicable, configure the setup fee or any additional charges.
7. Save the pricing settings.

Step 4: Review the Product

Before making the product available to clients, check:

• Product name
• Product description
• Product category
• Billing cycle
• Product price
• Setup fees
• Currency
• Product status

Step 5: Make the Product Available

Once everything is correct:

1. Save the product configuration.
2. Ensure the product is Active/Enabled.
3. Check the storefront to confirm that the product appears correctly.
4. Verify that the displayed price matches the price configured in PartnersHub.

Important Note

Always double-check pricing before publishing a product. An incorrect price can result in clients being charged the wrong amount.
