How to open a ticket
Opening a ticket allows clients to get direct support for issues or questions, ensuring clear communication and faster resolution from the support team.
- In the Client Area Dashboard, Click on Open New Ticket.
- Enter the subject query.
- Click on the drop down icon of Related Service, to choose the Service that needs to be resolved.
- Click on the Product/Service you want to open a new ticket for
- Enter the message you would want the Client Support to receive
- Scroll down, Click on Browse if there is any attachments you would like to include.
- scroll down, then click on Submit to open new ticket.
