How to open a ticket

Opening a ticket allows clients to get direct support for issues or questions, ensuring clear communication and faster resolution from the support team.

  1. In the Client Area Dashboard, Click on Open New Ticket.
  2.  Enter the subject query.
  3. Click on the drop down icon of Related Service, to choose the Service that needs to be resolved.
  4.  Click on the Product/Service you want to open a new ticket for
  5.  Enter the message you would want the Client Support to receive
  6.  Scroll down, Click on Browse if there is any attachments you would like to include.
  7.  scroll down, then click on Submit to open new ticket.
