BILLING ERROR

Sometimes you will experience errors when trying to bill on DRcure system. i.e when you try to bill for a certain doctor and it happens that doctor that you trying to make billing for does not appear, it appear a different doctor instead.

DO NOT PANIC!!

HEREWITH THE STEPS TO FOLLOW TO FIX THESE ERRORS:

1.  Open a support ticket to sive.host.
2. Provide with the following: full Practice Number, RSA ID Number, HPCSA Number, Tax Number, VAT Number, Full Names of Doctor. This should also required when a request to add a new Doctor on DrCure is submitted.



The sive.host support team will fix the issue and you good to go.
