Understanding the Status of Your Service (Active, Suspended, Terminated) Print

What does the status of my product and service mean? 

Each product and service on your account has a status label. Here’s what each means and what you might need to do:


Active

Your hosting is up and running with no issues. You can:

  • Manage files and databases

  • Create emails

  • Install apps (like WordPress)

No action needed.


⛔ Suspended

Your hosting is temporarily disabled. This could happen if:

  • A payment is overdue

  • There was a terms of service violation

What to do:

  • Go to  Invoices and pay any unpaid invoices.

  • If you’re unsure and if all your invoices are paid, Contact support.


❌ Terminated

The service has been cancelled and deleted, usually after:

  • Expiry with no renewal

  • Manual cancellation

  • Long overdue invoices

What to do:

  • You’ll need to order a new hosting plan if you want to host your site again.

  • Data recovery is not possible once terminated.


⚠️ Pending, Cancelled, Expired

Some other statuses you might see:

 

  • Pending: Just ordered, waiting for setup.

  • Cancelled: A cancellation has been requested.

  • Expired: Renewal deadline passed.
